奥克兰大学 生物医学工程

我高中毕业，也高考完了，想申请奥克兰大学的生物工程专业，但是官网上我申请不上。他说要完成prior tertiary study，他给的邮件回复是：
At the University of Auckland you cannot specialise in Engineering until the second year. Please apply for a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons). Once you complete this initial year, you may choose the specialisation to go into for the second year. Prior tertiary study means study at a level higher than school
所以……到底怎么能申上这个专业啊。。。。
